Our company was founded in 1994 for the production of industrial heating elements and wire harnasses.
The 100% German-owned company is named after its founders Adolf Türk and Erich Hillinger. The corporate group founded in 1963 has been successfully operating in the field of electric heating.
Since the beginning, our company has been developing steadily and dynamically, keeping pace with the development of technology.
In recent years, several major innovative investments have been made at the Kál site, which have made it possible to manufacture new products. Today, a state-of-the-art production facility of nearly 1200 m2 in Kál and 600 m2 in Eger, with a total of more than 100 highly skilled employees, is used to manufacture state-of-the-art products in a 21st century production area.
Our products can be found in almost all fields of industry, such as automotive, pharmaceuticals, plastics and chemicals, printing, household appliances, etc.

Project content: 9 training courses will be carried out in the course of the GINOP-6.1.5-17-2018-00010 project, training 66 own and 10 external employees. The project will develop the skills of the employees for cooperation and teamwork, which will increase the efficiency of the individual and the community. By learning stress management techniques, physical and mental problems can be eliminated, while at the same time workplace efficiency can be increased.
Another aim of the project is to ensure that employees, regardless of their position or qualifications, can develop themselves through the training. Personal productivity means increased productivity and effectiveness for the whole company.
